To Answer queries/resolve problems of customers through, inbound. Attend Emails, Inbound and Outbound sometime respond through calls to customers. Provide correct and quality information to customers Good spoken English, Hindi, & Telugu. Good communication skills Ability to handle telephonic conversations Good Listening & Comprehension skills Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift
