The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a positive and creative learning environment.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of young children, covering areas such as language, math, and social skills.- Facilitate Play-Based Learning: Use play as a key method of teaching, fostering children's creativity and encouraging them to explore and learn naturally.- Assess Student Development: Monitor and evaluate each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and making adjustments to teaching methods as required.- Create an Inviting Classroom Environment: Design and maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration and learning.- Build Relationships with Students and Parents: Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, maintaining open communication about children's progress and needs.Required Skills and Expectations:- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed, or B.Sc) is required.- A passion for early childhood education and a desire to inspire young learners.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to create an enjoyable learning experience.- Ability to work full-time from the office and collaborate effectively with fellow educators and staff.
