⏳ Experience: 0-1 years in sales or business development. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

💰 Salary: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives and bonus

🔹 What you'll do

✅ Generate new leads through calls, field visits, referrals and networking

✅ Meet prospective customers, understand their energy needs and present the right solution

✅ Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals

✅ Convert leads into customers and build long-term relationships

✅ Maintain lead records and sales reports

✅ Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 What we're looking for

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English

✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in client interaction

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

✅ Interest in solar or renewable energy is a plus

✅ Based in or near Jaipur and comfortable working from our Mansarovar office
