Axtroid is looking for a Technical Content Specialist to create high-quality marketing, product, and training collateral for our advanced technology products, including 3D printers, 3D scanners, virtual reality headsets, drones, and related solutions.This is not a social media marketing role and is not intended for influencer marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising profiles. The role is suited for someone who can understand technical products, convert complex information into clear written and visual communication, and create professional documents that support sales, product adoption, customer onboarding, training, and after-sales support.The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, product, engineering, training, and service teams to produce brochures, case studies, white papers, manuals, quick start guides, facility requirement documents, training material, presentation decks, videos, and other product communication assets.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate professional marketing collateral such as product brochures, solution brochures, application notes, case studies, white papers, comparison documents, datasheets, proposal content, and sales presentations.Develop product documentation including user manuals, quick start guides, installation guides, facility requirement guides, maintenance guides, troubleshooting guides, training manuals, standard operating procedures, and customer onboarding documents.Work with product, engineering, service, and training teams to understand product specifications, workflows, applications, installation requirements, operational procedures, and customer use cases.Convert technical information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand content for customers, teachers, students, technicians, sales teams, and channel partners.Create content for training courses, including lesson plans, trainer guides, participant handouts, slide decks, assessments, worksheets, and practical activity instructions.Support the creation of product videos, explainer videos, training videos, demonstration scripts, voice-over scripts, and storyboard outlines.Maintain consistency of language, terminology, formatting, branding, and technical accuracy across all company documents.Create and update documentation whenever products, features, specifications, processes, or customer requirements change.Coordinate with designers, video editors, engineers, and external vendors when required to complete brochures, manuals, videos, and other collateral.Build a structured content library for products, applications, training, support, proposals, and sales enablement.Required Skills & ExperienceExcellent written English with the ability to explain technical products clearly and professionally.Experience in technical writing, product documentation, product marketing content, instructional design, or technical content development.Ability to create long-form documents such as manuals, guides, white papers, case studies, and training material.Ability to understand technical specifications and convert them into customer-facing content.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and basic document formatting.Ability to work with engineers, product teams, and service teams to collect technical information and convert it into usable documentation.Strong attention to detail, especially with product specifications, terminology, process steps, diagrams, and formatting.Ability to organize information logically and create documents that are clear, structured, and practical.Preferred SkillsExperience in engineering, manufacturing, 3D printing, robotics, drones, electronics, industrial products, education technology, or technical training.Experience creating user manuals, installation guides, training modules, product brochures, datasheets, or application case studies.Basic understanding of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or similar tools.Experience creating video scripts, storyboards, product demo scripts, or e-learning content.Ability to create simple diagrams, process flows, tables, checklists, and instructional visuals.Experience working with B2B technology products, industrial equipment, or educational technology solutions.What This Role Is NotThis is not an influencer marketing role.This is not a social media content creator role.This is not a performance marketing or paid ads role.This is not a role focused on reels, viral content, memes, or follower growth.This is not a general digital marketing role where the main work is SEO, Instagram, LinkedIn posting, or campaign management.
