We are seeking an experienced VMC 3D Designer (CAD/CAM) with strong expertise in VMC programming and precision machining. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating 3D models, developing CNC machining programs, and optimizing toolpaths using industry-leading CAD/CAM software to ensure high-quality and efficient manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and modify 3D models for VMC machining.Develop CAM programs using Siemens NX, PowerMill (Delcam), AutoCAD, and other CAD/CAM software.Generate, simulate, and optimize CNC toolpaths for efficient machining.Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.Coordinate with production, quality, and machining teams to ensure accurate manufacturing.Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.Troubleshoot machining, programming, and tooling issues.Optimize machining cycle time while maintaining product quality.Maintain CAD files, CNC programs, and revision records.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Siemens NX.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Experience with PowerMill (Delcam).Knowledge of other 3D CAD/CAM software will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of VMC machining, CNC programming, tooling, and manufacturing processes.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
