Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals.- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury in infants and children.- Examine patients perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical condition and determine diagnosis. Examine patients to assess general physical condition.- Advise patients, parents or guardians, and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. Provide health and wellness advice to patients, program participants, or caregivers- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and parents or guardians. Explain medical procedures or test results to patients or family members.- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary. Monitor patient progress or responses to treatments.- Plan and execute medical care programs to aid in the mental and physical growth and development of children.- Refer patient to medical specialist or other practitioner/ higher centre for further treatment when necessary (if not available in our hospital).- Responsible for Daily OPDs.- Responsible for daily IPDs (Admitted patients) rounds.- Responsible for OP - IP conversion of the patient if necessary.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ALONG WITH EXPERIENCE- MBBS degree with valid registration with concern authority + DCH / MD or Equivalent - Kannada Language is mandatory.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent patient and family
