Hiring Freshers || Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations in our warehouse located in Canada. The ideal candidate will help oversee the efficient functioning of the warehouse team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Warehouse Activities: Monitor and manage storage, inventory control, and daily shipments to ensure optimal processes are in place.

- Train Team Members: Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance skills and efficiency and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

- Maintain Inventory Records: Keep accurate records of stock levels and movements to prevent discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.

- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with logistics and sales teams to align warehouse operations with the broader organizational goals.

- Ensure Safety Standards: Implement and enforce safety regulations within the warehouse to promote a secure working environment.

- Resolve Operational Issues: Address and solve any problems that arise during warehouse operations to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and a strong desire to grow in a warehouse environment. Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not necessary for applicants with a proactive attitude. Effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team are essential.
