Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Responsible for inventory Receiving, recording, and storing new inventory, and ensuring it's in the correct location. Safety: Ensuring warehouse labours & operators follow safety procedures when operating machinery, and prioritizing safety to reduce the risk of accidents. Shipping and receiving: Overseeing the receiving and dispatching of shipments, and communicating with customers about shipping and receiving issues. Organization: Keeping the warehouse organized and ensuring that storage areas are clean and maintained. Efficiency: Maximizing warehouse efficiency and identifying areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensuring that the warehouse adheres to hygiene , safety regulations and other relevant regulations. Scheduling: Scheduling the transfer of materials to and from the warehouse, and ensuring that deliveries are on time. Reporting: Generating reports as per customer requirements.Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, including customer reps.
