Coordination between pick up centers, dispatch center and distribution centers.2. Performs loading, unloading of trucks & containers, sorting of shipments and ensuringits timely completion.3. Tracking of bags and Co-loader performance for the hub.4. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensuresmooth execution of operations.5. Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO, and aging reports.6. Maintaining the inventory of all the packaging materials and night storage orders.7. Review current routings and seek for opportunities for cost savings.8. Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing fleet.9. Handling a team of support staff.10. Educating the staff about the importance of shipment handling and the work theyperform.
