The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient stock movement, timely order processing, and proper dispatch of goods. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in advanced Excel, and working knowledge of Bartender PC software for labeling and inventory support.Key Responsibilities Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock in & stock out control Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking Handle return management, including verification, documentation, and restocking or disposal Ensure accurate order processing and dispatch within defined timelines Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operations reports using advanced Excel Use Bartender PC software for barcode generation, labeling, and inventory tracking support Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errorsRequired Skills Strong inventory management skills Experience in stock in / stock out handling Expertise in return management processes Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports, data analysis) Good organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keepingRequired Knowledge End-to-end order processing and dispatch procedures Working knowledge of Bartender PC software for barcode and label management Understanding of warehouse documentation and basic logistics workflows Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred) 25 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an added advantage
