Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain daily inventory records for fabric, trims, accessories, finished goods, and packaging materials.Monitor inward and outward stock and ensure proper documentation.Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, transfer records, and dispatch documents.Track fabric rolls, lots, batches, colours, sizes, and quantities accurately.Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for inventory requirements.Monitor minimum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.Ensure proper storage, identification, and movement of textile materials.Maintain inventory data using MS Excel/ERP/Tally or relevant inventory software.Support periodic stock audits and ensure proper inventory control procedures.Required Skills1-3 years of experience in textile, garment, apparel, or manufacturing inventory management.Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of Tally/ERP is preferred.Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory control.Good numerical and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.Good coordination and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/store environment.
