3 to 5 axis Programming with Autodesk (delcam) Power mill Software along with Setting & prove out.NPD Process planning, fixture design & manufacturing.Daily production monitoring & updating status.knowledge of Mitsubishi M70, Haas, Fanuc controlStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, charts and tablesInvolved in solving manufacturing and quality issues utilizing root cause and analysis tools and implementing correct actions,Record and report each improvement before and after with cost savings detail to the management (Tooling improvement, Parametric changes, Etc.)In-depth knowledge of GD&T with an ability to verify dimensions of machine parts and tools using calibrated measuring instrumentsAssists with the development of concepts, ideas, and methods for solving milling/machining problemsPrograms and develops setup process to machine difficult 5 axis prototype and first run production jobsMaintaining ISO & AS9100 standard documents. We are seeking a motivated VMC Programmer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Umbergaon Vapi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VMC programming and be ready to contribute to our operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- **Programming VMC Machines:** You will be responsible for creating and modifying programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes.- **Setting Up Machines:** You will set up VMC machines with the required tools and fixtures to achieve desired specifications and production targets.- **Quality Control:** You will perform regular checks on machined parts to maintain quality standards, making adjustments to programming as necessary to resolve any issues that may arise during production.- **Documentation:** You will document programming changes and production data accurately to ensure compliance with internal processes and improve future operations.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in VMC programming. A 12th-grade education is essential, and a strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints is preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and effectively communicate with team members. Proficiency in programming languages used for VMC machines is required, along with problem-solving skills to address programming challenges efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
