VMC Programmer (1-3 Years)

We are seeking a motivated VMC Programmer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Umbergaon Vapi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VMC programming and be ready to contribute to our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Programming VMC Machines:** You will be responsible for creating and modifying programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes.

- **Setting Up Machines:** You will set up VMC machines with the required tools and fixtures to achieve desired specifications and production targets.

- **Quality Control:** You will perform regular checks on machined parts to maintain quality standards, making adjustments to programming as necessary to resolve any issues that may arise during production.

- **Documentation:** You will document programming changes and production data accurately to ensure compliance with internal processes and improve future operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in VMC programming. A 12th-grade education is essential, and a strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints is preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and effectively communicate with team members. Proficiency in programming languages used for VMC machines is required, along with problem-solving skills to address programming challenges efficiently.
