Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company. Regular standard maintenance of the machine. Operates Vertical Machining Centre following part specifications. Loads and unloads parts, performs quality checks and machine set-up. Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling. Maintain 5S in the workplace.Preference: Candidate should be able to read drawing independently. Candidate should properly handle Machine Controller. Knowledge of VMC machine and its parts functions.
