roles & responsibilities:

• set up and manage vmc machines to perform drilling, grinding and milling.

• translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.

• ensure the cnc machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

• regular standard maintenance of the machine.

• operates vertical machining centre following part specifications.

• loads and unloads parts, performs quality checks and machine set-up.

• ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling.

• maintain 5s in the workplace.

preference:

• candidate should be able to read drawing independently.

• candidate should properly handle machine controller.

• knowledge of vmc machine and its parts functions.

• knowledge of tools and cutting required.
