Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and set up CNC vertical machining centers based on job requirements. Load program files and set machine parameters according to part specifications. Install and secure appropriate cutting tools, collets, and fixtures. Verify machine settings and make adjustments as needed. Safely operate CNC machines, monitor the machining process, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Maintain optimal machine performance by conducting routine maintenance and cleaning.II. Quality Control and Inspection: Perform in-process inspections to ensure the dimensional accuracy of machined parts. Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify part dimensions. Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards. Identify and address any non-conforming parts or deviations from specifications.III. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and machine maintenance logs. Document any issues, deviations, or process improvements encountered during machining operations. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors or maintenance personnel.IV.
