Feeding plastic resin pellets into the hopper.3. Starting and monitoring the injection molding cycle.4. Inspecting parts for defects like flash, sink marks, or dimensional inconsistencies.5. Removing finished parts from the mold and performing basic de-gating.6. Regularly checking and recording quality metrics like dimensions and appearance. 7. Identifying and reporting any quality issues to supervisors.8. Performing in-process quality checks on parts.
