The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and possess a B.E or an Advanced/Higher Diploma. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Installation of Equipment**: You will be responsible for the proper installation of machinery and equipment, ensuring they are set up according to specifications and industry standards.- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Your role includes routine maintenance and timely repairs of equipment to prevent malfunction, thereby ensuring smooth operations.- **Technical Support**: Providing assistance to clients and customers regarding technical issues will be essential. This includes troubleshooting and offering effective solutions to their problems.- **Customer Training**: You will be required to train customers on how to operate and maintain equipment properly, ensuring they get the most out of their investment.- **Documentation and Reporting**: Keeping accurate records of service and maintenance activities is crucial for tracking performance and ensuring compliance.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of equipment and machinery.
