Service Engineer - Guwahati

We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and possess a or an Advanced/Higher Diploma.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Installation of Equipment**: You will be responsible for the proper installation of machinery and equipment, ensuring they are set up according to specifications and industry standards.

- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Your role includes routine maintenance and timely repairs of equipment to prevent malfunction, thereby ensuring smooth operations.

- **Technical Support**: Providing assistance to clients and customers regarding technical issues will be essential. This includes troubleshooting and offering effective solutions to their problems.

- **Customer Training**: You will be required to train customers on how to operate and maintain equipment properly, ensuring they get the most out of their investment.

- **Documentation and Reporting**: Keeping accurate records of service and maintenance activities is crucial for tracking performance and ensuring compliance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of equipment and machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues effectively are essential. Strong communication skills are important for interaction with clients and team members. You should be able to work independently and have a proactive approach to your responsibilities.
