1. Conduct a morning meeting to discuss the day's strategy.2. Handling the entire online sales team and ensuring that they are performing efficiently.3. Train and motivate team members to provide a better understanding of market/products.4. Monitor and review team members performance, help them achieve maximum business.5. Responsible for achieving team targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.6. Responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment product like MF.7. Periodic meeting with client along with team member8. Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry. Provide regular updates to the RO/RM as and when require.
