This role demands a professional who can work independently, manage end-to-end HR responsibilities, and support the companys growth through people-centric strategies.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and exits. Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with labor laws. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and execute the recruitment process end-to-end. Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires. Facilitate employee engagement programs and grievance handling. Prepare HR MIS, attrition analysis, and manpower planning reports. Strong expertise in drafting KRAs and KPIs and conducting evaluation processes. Excellent knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS). Should be well-versed in preparing and implementing new HR policies. Ensure a positive and productive work environment aligned with the companys culture and values.Desired Candidate Profile: 810 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment and should be currently working in a managerial position. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law compliance, and employee relations. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (preferably in technical or midsize setups). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools. Must own a personal vehicle for commute.
