Monitor bucket-wise recovery performance.
Track payment realization.
Highlight productivity gaps.
Analyze RPC, Contact Rate, Conversion Rate, and Collection Rate.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for declining performance.
Recommend data-driven improvement opportunities.
