This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY1. **Project Supervision**: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.2. **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ. Good working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc. Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors. Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc. , Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Submission of MIS Reports. Must have own vehicle.
