Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage real estate development projects in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential/commercial real estate projects

€¢ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors

€¢ Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines

€¢ Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards

€¢ Resolve site-level issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

€¢ Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Requirements:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (MBA preferred)

€¢ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

€¢ Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools

€¢ Familiarity with local Dehradun regulations and market conditions is a plus
