Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage real estate development projects in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential/commercial real estate projects

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines

Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards

Resolve site-level issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (MBA preferred)

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools

Familiarity with local Dehradun regulations and market conditions is a plus
