Opening For Civil Engineer

Department Leadership

 Lead and supervise the civil engineering team.

 Allocate work and monitor team performance.

 Develop departmental goals and KPIs.

 Mentor and train junior engineers.

2. Project Planning & Execution

 Review and approve project plans, drawings, and BOQs.

 Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.

 Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues.

 Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.

3. Quality & Compliance

 Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and statutory requirements.

 Implement quality control procedures.

 Conduct site inspections and audits.

 Ensure proper documentation and reporting.

4. Cost Control & Budgeting

 Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.

 Approve material requisitions and vendor selections.

 Control wastage and improve efficiency.



5. Stakeholder Coordination

 Liaise with management, clients, architects, and vendors.

 Attend review meetings and present progress reports.

 Handle escalations and critical issues.

6. Safety Management

 Ensure site safety standards are maintained.

 Promote safe working practices.

 Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
