Dear Candidate,Required candidate to have 7-8 years in stores/inventory management. Work experience in Tally is must.JD for Asst. Manager Stores:Defining & managing entire Inventory process across schools. Tracking movement of both Capital & consumables.Preparation of all kinds of projection reports (Material requirement forecasting) ranging from fixed assets, books, uniforms, shoes & all other school essentials for the academic year.Making sure that POs are released by the team as per the terms, once approved.Maintaining Master data of assets data of Schools.Making sure that all entries are done on day-to-day basis by the team & bills are submitted to a/cs dept on time after verification with respect to quantity & price.Verification of bills of processed by School Stores from regular purchases to bulk purchases, Work Order, Service Contracts. Making sure that the entries passed by the team are correct with all respects.Helping the team in physical verification of materials as & when required.Verification of various inventory reports sent by all branches.Monitoring the inventory Annual closing stock report for submitting auditor for balance sheet finalization.
