Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

The store is kept cleanShelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves.Mannequins are kept at the right place to attract the customers into the store and rotated frequently.The merchandise should be according to the season as well as the latest trends.

Monitor status of consumables, spares and other inventories and coordinate with the Inventory, Stores and Logistics department to ensure availability as per the production planReview and approve material in SAP raised by Production Team member and intervene in case of any delays or issuesResponsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards by all employees in the unit
