Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our lingerie retail outlet at Lulu Mall, Kozhikode. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in lingerie retail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations, sales, and customer service activitiesDrive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targetsLead and train the store team to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionMaintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presentedManage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliersHandle customer complaints and provide effective resolutionsEnsure adherence to company policies and operational guidelinesGenerate daily/weekly sales reports and share with management
