Responsibilities of State Academic Head-Communicate with administration regularly with records from academic heads of their respective states.Manage studios for the recordings and shootings of Video Contents of the state.Maintain the data in their native states of state boards, subjects, and languages.Qualifications and Experience:For State Academic Manager- 5 Years ExperienceFor Educator- Graduation, Post-Graduation, B.Ed will be preferred.The salary range for State Academic Head and Academic Managers will starts from 50K on monthly basis

Bechelor or master'd Degree in a Relevant discipline (Agriculture and Allied , Forestry, NRM, Life Science)

Responsibilities for State Head:1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned state.2. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth.3. Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.5. Monitor and manage budgeted sales, expenses.
