Job description:A Pre-Primary Teacher's role is to educate and care for children under the age of five, creating a nurturing environment for their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, fostering creativity and curiosity, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom, and communicating with parents and other staffCore ResponsibilitiesCurriculum & Lesson Planning:Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote basic skills in language, math, and social interaction. Child Development:Facilitate activities that encourage social skills, emotional growth, creativity, and physical development. Assessment & Progress Monitoring:Observe and assess each child's individual progress and development, keeping records and providing feedback. Parent & Staff Communication:Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and needs. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Activity Facilitation:Lead children in activities such as storytelling, group play, music, art, and movement to enhance learning and development. Behavioral Guidance:Support positive behavior and help children develop independence and social skills.
