ROV Operator (Civil): -Job Description:The ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) Operator handles underwater robotic systems used for inspections, data collection, or maintenance in hazardous or inaccessible areas, operated remotely from a surface vessel or other location. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and software knowledge for operating and maintaining ROVs.ROV Operators work on-site, handling robotic machines. Operate remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), handle machine control panel, basic maintenance. This full-time role requires expertise in managing site activities, and only male candidates will be considered. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervision of Site Activities:** Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards.- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.- **Project Planning:** Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules, coordinating the work to ensure deadlines are met.- **Safety Management:** Implement safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations to protect workers and equipment.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily activities, and any issues that arise, reporting to senior management.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
