Civil Supervisor Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, including delegating tasks and coordinating work activities.2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is being done correctly and to specifications.5. Supervise and train construction workers and subcontractors on site.

Can be competent enough to handle civil engineering work, have a knowledge of civil survey instruments, AUTOCAD knowledge, good communication skill etc.
