Manage maintenance projects related to civil, piping, interior, and furniture work, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) accurately, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses.Develop project schedules and timelines, coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely project completion.Conduct budgeting for maintenance projects, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.Source and manage manpower, subcontractors, and vendors to support project requirements.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and finance departments, to align project goals and objectives.Supervise on-site activities, providing guidance and support to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications.Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, approvals, change orders, and progress reports.Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes

Experience in Project Site Management
