We are looking quantity surveyor at immediate position

Should be 2 to 5 years Experience in residential building ( Apartments & individual villa)

Role & Responsibility:-

Checking daily DLR & DPR

Site material quantity and reconciliation statement checking and processing the indent for purchase.

Site weekly labour payment details checking.

New project working.

Comparing actual execution cost vs budget working.

Checking the client bill by physical measurement and drawings.

Comparing client/Department bill with site actual execution.

Sub-contractor bill checking.

Review the site progress along with the Site Engineer.

Software knowledge is must(Auto Cad, MS office-Excel)
