Responsibilities Required to prepare plan for civil construction and reviewing designs while ensuring compliance to quality Required to prepare Bills of Quantities and Cost Estimates in accordance with design drawings and specification and verify the bill for Sub Contractors Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects. Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs. Required to Prepare Bar Bending Schedule of the project or part of project Required to take level (using Auto Level) & Preparation of Level Sheet as per Drawing Layout & Excavation Work Required to Plan & Execute the project work as per Design & Drawing Provide material Procurement Plan whenever required Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in executing multiple tasks related to projects. Maintaining records for any deviation in the drawing and actual execution. Ensure that proper housekeeping, QA/QC and safety be at project Preparation of different reports related to project Ensuring timely completion of site construction activities Regular Monitoring of progress of projects Required to deal with Client, Contractors and Vendors in most harmonious wayOther Requirement:Must have experience in construction of WTP with capacity 05-20 MLD

Study of drawings and specifications received from D&D and revert to D&D within 48 hrs from receipt; to raise RFI to D & D if any discrepancies found or for any additional inputs required Ensure Project execution as per WBS and update team leader regarding progress/ delays via daily / weekly reports Study of Shuttering drawings & plans given by consultants and inputs on the same at conceptual level for specific site Attend kick-off Meeting with Project manager at the start of each activity to ensure that all are updated on WBS project plan Create work permits before the start of any Construction execution activity Ensure that all Construction executions are completed as per sanctioned drawings, specification & contracts Identification of material, manpower, equipment for smooth execution of project work on the specific site Ensuring timely raising of Issue Slips for material supply & allocation of equipment for smooth execution of project work on the specific site Regular updates on Material Consumption report for accurate tracking of material / cost used Ensuring complete Safety on site Ensure quality control during the Construction execution activities Ensure Wastage control during the Construction execution activities Ensure proper reuse of wastage & excavated material within project site Smooth handover of all completed units to Client & Common areas to PMS team after completion of project in timely & error-free manner Verification of the quantities of material required as per the drawing as prepared by engineers Monitoring the material schedule and consumption on a daily/ weekly basis based on reports prepared by engineers
