Strong technical understanding and practical knowledge of the systems or equipment they are responsible for.4. Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise during the operation of equipment or systems.5. Ability to provide clear explanations to clients about the functionality and maintenance of their equipment, utilizing exceptional communication skills.6. Detail-oriented nature to maintain accurate records of serviced equipment, parts inventory, and other related documentation.7. Time-management skills to efficiently schedule and manage service visits and tasks.8.
