Assembly , testing and commissioning of Cooling Tower. Candidate who will ready to play a pivotal role to achieve big goals in customer satisfaction, Customer retention, acquisition and supporting concerned teams in revenue growth. Supporting the allied team and doing aftermarket service.Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of Pumps and controller Installation and commissioning of Cooling Towers Installation and commissioning of Ducts. Responds to customer complaints Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer Assists in installing the equipment and work closely with the site teams Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demand. Repairs, tests and maintains equipment Monitors performance of the product Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests Develops and maintains relations with customers Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs End to end coordination with various activities for products till site hand overRequirements and SkillsEducation:Diploma In Engineering + 5 Year experience in similar field.Experience & Requirements: Diploma with 5 years experience with hands on experience to handle the required products. Successful previous experience as a service representative. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the service process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertiseEffective Communication:Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
