Job Description

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our team. responsible for site visit, installation and commissioning of pumps and cooling towers . assembly , testing and commissioning of cooling tower. candidate who will ready to play a pivotal role to achieve big goals in customer satisfaction, customer retention, acquisition and supporting concerned teams in revenue growth. supporting the allied team and doing aftermarket service.

responsibilities

• installation and commissioning of pumps and controller

• installation and commissioning of cooling towers

• installation and commissioning of ducts.

• responds to customer complaints

• evaluates and resolves problems of the customer

• assists in installing the equipment and work closely with the site teams

• analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demand.

• repairs, tests and maintains equipment

• monitors performance of the product

• provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests

• develops and maintains relations with customers

• build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• end to end coordination with various activities for products till site hand over

requirements and skills

education:

diploma in engineering + 5 year experience in similar field.

experience & requirements:

• diploma with 5 years’ experience with hands on experience to handle the required products.

• successful previous experience as a service representative.

• demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• proven ability to drive the service process from plan to close

• strong business sense and industry expertise
