Job Description: We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Associate with at least four years of experience in Digital Marketing. The role will include supplementing our digital marketing team in outreach to various clients and vendors. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Generate leads via email marketing. 2. Generate leads via LinkedIn messaging. 3. Create LinkedIn/Twitter/FB/Insta profiles and posts. 4. Plan and create online marketing strategy, promotional emails and set up their distribution through various channels. 5. Candidate need to be responsible for listing and site SEO (keyword, image optimization etc.) 6. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 7. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Required Expertise & Experience 1. Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines. 2. Extremely important even mandatory to have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. 3. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to achieve results under limited supervision. 5. Ability to interact effectively with people from different countries & cultures, sensitivity to cultural diversity. 6. Ability to organize workload for effective implementation of multiple concurrent projects. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Passion for Lead Generation and Digital Marketing. 2. Experience with email marketing to generate leads is a must. 3. Strong experience with generating leads through LinkedIn is a must. 4. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. 5. Candidate should be highly committed to his/her work with some strong interpersonal skills. 6. Positive attitude and able to work independently. 7. Loyalty, sincerity, humility and confidentiality required. Experience Related Education: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Preferred - Masters in any related specialization and/ or related Certifications 3. 2+ years experience in development of Digital Marketing 4.
