The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, with a strong background in GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly and annual basis.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.GST and TDS Compliance:Handle GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other related returns.Manage TDS compliance, ensuring accurate deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.General Ledger Management:Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate and timely financial reports.Bank Reconciliation:Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance.Audit Support:Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits.Ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in accounting procedures.Vendor and Customer Interaction:Liaise with vendors and customers regarding financial transactions and related inquiries.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.

Able to handle all accounts entry like Tally ERP9 , Purchase and sales. Gst returns, TDS Reconciliation, Creditor & Debtor outstanding Report, P&L management, Ledger, etc.,
