Optimise order collection and supply routes effectively to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction. Attendance Ensure things are in order through the administration/operations team Share daily, weekly monthly reports and action plans to zonal business head and sales head on a periodic manner Individual level performance Product level performance Initiatives, activities and outcomes from the same Daily, weekly, and monthly sales target achievements and actions/approvals required.
