Roles Responsibilities:We are having an opening for the post of Store Customer Relationship Executive at our store situated. Please refer to the job details as mentioned below.

1. Consultative Selling

ï‚·To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs and profile.

ï‚·To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision.

ï‚·To develop clear understanding of Customer's latent needs proactively and suggest add-on products.

ï‚·Suggest (Link / Upsell) relevant accessories pertaining to the product chosen by the customer.

ï‚·To inform the customers about the finance options available.

ï‚·To inform the customers about the ongoing promotions / offers in the store.

ï‚·To develop the spirit of being Self Disciplined : -

ï‚·By abiding by the company's rules, policies, systems & practices.

ï‚·By setting a high standard of attendance and punctuality.

ï‚·By effectively following instructions of the seniors.

Max Sal range- 20k - 30K inhand (depending on last salary)
