This vital field-based role involves meeting sales targets, managing project accounts, and coordinating with internal logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of construction supplies.Location - PanchkulaCore Responsibilities Business Development: Actively generate leads through site visits, cold calling, and industry networking to build a robust project and retail client portfolio.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, civil engineers, contractors, and channel partners.Product Pitching & Quotations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations, prepare detailed quotations, and persuasively communicate the technical benefits of building materials.Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to successfully close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.Market Intelligence: Track market trends, demand for materials, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Key Requirements & SkillsEducation: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing is highly preferred.Experience: 1 to 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally within the construction, hardware, or building materials sector.Communication: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
