This is a full-time position where you will manage ticketing operations and provide excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Ticket Booking: Assist customers in booking domestic and international flight tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding flights, prices, and travel information, providing a friendly and informative experience.- Documentation Handling: Manage all necessary documentation related to ticketing, ensuring adherence to airline policies and guidelines.- Payment Processing: Process payments for ticket bookings and handle cash transactions with care and precision.- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to ticket bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.- System Updates: Maintain and update the ticketing system with accurate information regarding flights and bookings.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should ideally have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a strong interest in the travel industry. Good communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers regularly. You should be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, especially during peak travel times. Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing software are advantageous. A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are important for success in this role.
