Responsibilities:Property Acquisition:Identify and evaluate potential properties for dark store locations based on strategic requirements, including size, location, accessibility, and cost.Negotiate lease agreements, purchase terms, and other contracts with landlords and property owners.Site Selection and Due Diligence:Collaborate with internal teams to define site selection criteria for dark stores.Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure properties meet operational and logistical requirements.Perform due diligence, including legal, financial, and regulatory checks, for potential properties.Portfolio Management:Manage the companys real estate portfolio, including lease renewals, rent negotiations, and property maintenance.Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions and resolve any property-related issues.Maintain accurate records of all real estate transactions and documentation.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to align real estate strategies with business objectives.Liaise with legal teams to ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound and in the companys best interest.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience of 5-7 years in real estate management, property acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or logistics.Strong knowledge of the Mumbai/ Pune real estate market and regulatory environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools.Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and project management skills.Salary :- 50,000-60,000 INR Per MonthsJob Location : Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Category: Real Estate ManagerJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Mumbai
