Developing leasing strategies and negotiating leases with potential tenants Conducting market research and identifying potential clients Preparing and presenting lease proposals to clients Managing and maintaining relationships with existing tenants Overseeing the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution Coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure lease documentation is accurate and complete Preparation of Leasing MIS and Reports for decision making.Prior experience in Retail leasing, Commercial leasing or real estate sales preferred. Knowledge of leasing administration processStrong negotiation and communication skills.
