Opening For Leasing Executive

• Developing leasing strategies and negotiating leases with potential tenants

• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients

• Preparing and presenting lease proposals to clients

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing tenants

• Overseeing the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution

• Coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure lease documentation is accurate and complete

• Preparation of Leasing MIS and Reports for decision making.

Prior experience in Retail leasing, Commercial leasing or real estate sales preferred.

Knowledge of leasing administration process
