The person will be responsible for model selection, studio coordination, shoot planning, backdrop decisions, saree allocation, and end-to-end shoot management to ensure consistent, premium, and sales-focused outputs.

Translate yearly sales forecast into griege fabric and requirements.Participate in budget/cost development with accounting and finances department.Prepare production schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality goals are met.Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.Ensure materials are requisitioned on time to support production schedule.Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.Ensure line associates follow established manufacturing process and safety practices.Work with the HR team on any employee relations issues.Ensure operations are fully staffed per manufacturing schedule
