We are seeking an experienced Coating Inspector to join our team in Hazira, Surat. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 20 years of relevant experience and a post-graduate education. This full-time position requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Inspect Coated Surfaces: Ensure that all coatings meet the required standards by conducting thorough visual and mechanical inspections on finished products to identify defects and ensure quality.Conduct Testing: Perform various tests on coatings, including adhesion tests and thickness measurements, to verify that they comply with industry specifications and safety standards.Document Findings: Maintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting any issues and suggesting corrective measures.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address coating-related challenges and provide solutions to enhance product quality.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in coating technologies and industry trends to ensure the company adheres to best practices.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of coating processes and materials, along with excellent analytical skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with various teams and presenting findings clearly. Candidates should be male and able to work from the office.

Job Description:1) Closely communicate with the Inspection Coordinators to schedule the inspection assigned.2) Implement inspection according to operation guidelines, inspection guidelines, and any special instructions provided by the company.3) Complete the inspection report with photos and submit it to Technical Manager within the required time limit.4) Submit the inspectors job expense claim form and reimbursement documents monthly and meet financial requirements.5) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/management.Requirements:- College graduate or above.- Major in Engineering (Textile, Furniture, Mechanical, Electronic, etc.)- Having more than 1 year more working experience in the inspection field or quality control background of products of Softlinesor Hardlines.- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.- Good command of written & oral English.- Ideal person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.- Integrity and honesty.- Willing to travel frequently.- Healthy body without color blindness and sight weakness.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 36 months
