Responsibilities: Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings. Create and revise technical drawings in AutoCAD. Identify non-conformities and initiate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Coordinate with the production teams to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS standards, Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct audits and support internal and external quality assessments.Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. 15 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D drafting). Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances. Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, etc.). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are intended.Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspectionsLead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements Should be able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001 and AS 9100. Reviews, comments and approves the vendors Quality Control Plans and monitor Company Quality system activities.Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality dataManages project audit program by certification agencies as well customer auditsPrepares and implements the project inspection strategy and Quality Management System.Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across Corporate QMS.
